Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards.

Q: When is my credit card charged?

A: We securely process each order as it is placed.  Your credit card is charged when the order is placed.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: Only items that are in stock are for sale on our site.  If you can order an item - it is in stock. 

Q: What sales tax will I be charged?

A: We are required by law to charge residents of the state of California 7.24% sales tax.  All orders from customers outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.

Q: How long do I have to change / cancel an order?

A: We usually process orders on the same day they are received.  If you need to change or cancel your order we suggest that you contact us right away.
